the Award winning Pioneer Tackle have developed the Empire Series Bait caster reels to give top quality hard wearing overhead reels at a great price. With a frame that delivers high strength and superior rigidity, so there is no flexing when under load and no loss to the cranking power either, with a maximum drag capacity of 8kg these are the ideal casting reel. The Empire range are complemented by the Machine cut gears for increased resilience and longer durability. They boast 6 1 precision bearing, these reels are all 7.3:1 gear ratios that is ultra smooth. Combine this with the impressive looking strong anodised aluminium spool, light weight double handle with soft comfortable Knob infinite anti reverse these reels are going to be a repetitive caster’s delight to use. These reels sit with better balance in the hand. The Empire series reels can be used just about anywhere added with the new Xtreme Tournament Drag (XTD).
